NIDO

VIOLIN - VIBRAPHONE - DUO

"Two musicians who not only master their instrument, but can also tell stories and create atmospheres."
- Julia Hülsmann
Pianist, composer,  Echo Prize Winner
ENSEMBLEBIOGRAPHY

NIDO impresses with its extraordinary instrumentation with an unmistakable sound and authentic expressiveness. The young musicians  In their own compositions and improvisations, they use sources of inspiration from classical, jazz and pop and transform them together into dynamic, multi-layered interpretations. In doing so, they create a musical world full of breadth and depth, which opens spaces for agile spontaneity and resonance; sometimes passionate and quick-tempered and dark and mysterious, then restrained and tender or surprisingly playful. For the two young musicians, improvisation is the core of every musical expression and their intimate line-up provides the ideal setting for this.
