VITA
Born and raised in 1993 in Friesland, Lower Saxony, Hauke Renken has developed into one of the young, up-and-coming international talents among mallet players and percussionists.
Hauke Renken has been a scholarship holder of the Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Berlin eV association since 2016.
Since 2020 Hauke Renken has received a scholarship from the Oscar and Vera Ritter Foundation and the Dr. Langner Jazz Masters in Hamburg.

PROJECT LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
At the age of 15, Hauke Renken founded the "M-Dur" project, which under his leadership was able to celebrate many successful concerts in northern Germany. The independent management and founding of various projects (Hauke Renken Jazz Quartet, Berliner Vibraphoniker, NIDO) has not ceased to this day.
COMPOSER & ARRANGER
Hauke Renken has always worked as a composer and arranger for his own projects. Since 2010 he has carried out commissioned compositions and arrangements, initially for choirs and later for larger bands and orchestras
PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOPS
Since 2011 Hauke Renken has been attending workshops and master classes (including in Wuppertal, Limerick, Warsaw) by international greats from the mallet scene such as Tony Miceli, David Friedman, Tim Collins, Alex Jacobowitz and others.
LECTURER FOR VIBRAPHONE MASTER CLASSES
In spring 2015 Hauke Renken gave master classes for jazz vibraphone and vibraphone technique. For this he attended the Conservatorio Profesional de Música in Santiago de Compostela, Spain and the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne, Australia.
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONCERTS
Hauke Renken is a sought-after musician and vibraphonist. In addition to his regular concerts in Berlin, he also plays many engagements all over Germany. In addition, concert tours and engagements have taken him to other European countries and as far as Australia.
